Our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has any manufacturing defects, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zatfashion.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item. We may ask you to provide additional information or photos to help us evaluate the damage.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We also cannot accept returns for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please ensure that the tag is still in its original position and has not been removed or tampered with. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds if the tag has been removed or is not in its original position.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping and Handling Problems of Damaged Products
At ZAT Fashion, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged due to shipping or handling, or with missing or damaged tags. In such cases, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange in accordance with the following policy:
Products Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item and details of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Packing Damage: If your item arrives with packaging damage, which has caused damage to the item itself, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the item and details of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Tag Damage: If your item arrives with a damaged tag, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item and details of the damage. We may require the original tags to be attached or intact in order to process a return or exchange.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags attached, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to our error.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the item received is defective or damaged.
Restocking Fees:
There will be no restocking fees charged for returned items.

The item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
